Job Title: Closing Coordinator
Location: Rancho Mirage
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To: Real Estate Manager
Pay: $60,000 - $100,000
Job Summary: As a closing coordinator at Brady Sandahl Real Estate Group, you will manage all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing, working alongside our already established Transaction Coordinator. Key responsibilities include coordinating escrows, overseeing inspections and appraisals, handling repairs negotiations, and ensuring a smooth path to closing. You are pivotal in delivering a seamless experience for every client we work with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open Escrow: Initiate and oversee the opening of escrow, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately processed.
- AVID (Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure): Complete and manage the Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure forms as required.
- Inspections and Appraisals: Coordinate scheduling and attendance of all necessary inspections and appraisals, ensuring timely completion.
- Negotiations for Repairs: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers regarding requests for repairs (RFR) to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
- Attend Walkthroughs: Accompany clients on final walkthroughs before closing, ensuring all agreed repairs are completed satisfactorily.
- Delivery of Keys: Coordinate the handover of keys to the new owner upon closing.
- Lockbox/Supra Management: This position is responsible for installing and removing lockbox systems and managing access as necessary.
Qualifications:
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE as a closing coordinator, executive assistant to a real estate agent, escrow officer, or a similar role in real estate or related field.
- MUST HAVE a real estate license.
- Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office.
